It’s time to find freedom from addiction. ASAP’s certified team specializes in opiate (Heroin, Codeine, Morphine) and opioid (Fentanyl, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Tramadol) addiction; however, we are committed to helping patients find all needed resources to live a healthier life.
Medication Treatment plans for Substance Use Disorders
Medication for Opioid Use Disorder, or MOUD, is utilized to enhance treatment plans and improve outcomes. Your MOUD options are reviewed with you by your care team, during which time we develop your overall treatment program, which may include outpatient Methadone, Suboxone, and/or Vivitrol care.

Navigating Addiction Treatment Plans & Timeframes
Typically, the best outcomes for addiction recovery are seen in individuals successfully completing at least one year of treatment. Throughout this year, they meet with our board-certified addiction specialists and certified counseling staff to establish goals and program length. We encourage patients to be active participants in the development of their treatment plan and collaborate with the medical team, empowering them to take ownership of their recovery journey. Together with your staff and doctors, you will determine appropriate medications and maximize treatment opportunities in order to address the all-encompassing nature and scope of addiction.
As with any addiction treatment plan, individuals progress through the program at their own pace. Patients may electively taper from the program and discharge from treatment at any time they choose, though we recommend going through the entire established addiction treatment plan, allowing for the time necessary to become familiar with every aspect of their addiction and develop a better understanding about personal triggers and solutions for lifelong sobriety.
