Admission Criteria for ASAP Methadone Clinic in Wisconsin
At ASAP, we care deeply about ensuring our patients receive the personalized addiction treatment plans they require to be free from addiction. To this end, we have established the following admission criteria to our Wisconsin methadone clinic:
- Patients must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Physical dependence to opioids existing for a minimum of one (1) year
- Patients may be admitted to ASAP with less than one year of continuous physiological opioid dependence if they were released from prison, or otherwise institutionalized, within six (6) months prior to their application for admission to ASAP.
- Opioid-dependent women who are currently pregnant may be admitted to ASAP without physical signs of opioid withdrawal, or have less than one year of continuous physiological opioid dependence.
